BioGaia participated at Pre- and Probiotics in Paediatrics

On Thursday 28 April BioGaia arranged a successful lunch symposium; ”Brilliant Minds Studio” hosted by Michael D Cabana, Professor of Pediatrics, Biostatistics & Epidemiology Core Faculty, Institute for Health Policy Studies Director, Division of General Pediatrics UCSF University of California, USA, who had four prominent guests talking on the topic L. reuteri Protectis: Effect, motility and pain perception in colic and other functional GI disorders.

The guests were:

• Hania Szajewska, Professor and Chair of Pediatrics, The Medical University of Warsaw, Poland,
• Flavia Indrio, Senior Consultant Neonatologist Pediatric Gastroenterologist Department of Paediatrics, University of Bari, Italy,
• Zvi Weizman, Professor of Pediatric Nutrition and Gastroenterology Faculty of Health Sciences Ben-Gurion University, Israel and
• Stefan Roos, Senior Microbiologist, BioGaia AB, Assoc. Prof., Dept. of Microbiology, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Uppsala, Sweden.
